Daniel Lynch is a partner in the law firm of Knight, Manzi, Nussbaum & LaPlaca, P.A. located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Mr. Lynch's practice is concentrated in the area of zoning, land use and administrative law.
Mr. Lynch has practiced law for over 15 years primarily in Prince George's, Anne Arundel and Montgomery Counties. Mr. Lynch has handled numerous land use and zoning cases ranging from heavy industrial uses such as concrete plants and solid waste facilities to residential uses such as cluster subdivisions. Mr. Lynch has also handled numerous liquor licensing issues in these jurisdictions.
Mr. Lynch is a member of the Maryland Bar and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the Catholic University of America.
